*head shake* come on DA...

Lately I feel this site isnt about art anymore, I KNOW "KIM YOU'VE SAID THIS A THOUSAND TIMES ALREADY" 

WELL maybe i need to do it again so it gets the point across because regardless I still see porn on the front page each day and I find this not okay. What happened to this site? I pour my heart and soul into something and it gets nothing (just to clarify im not offended) but its sad, either this hobby, or DA has become shallow. I feel the only thing we (as a doll owner? or others?) only want to see boy dolls dressed up as girls. I'm SO sorry im not trying to hurt anyone with this, or offend, but they get the most attention afterall. And why? Why is it so interesting? I've been guilty of doing the same thing, I know. But I changed and grew up a little...

I know this is just my opinion so dont be mad or feel directed too please. 

I like myself some girly boy dolls as well from time to time. But only just that!?

Thats THE trend right now, and I wish it was otherwise. I'm going to make an example here.

And hey maybe im wrong yknow, maybe other dolls do get a lot of attention who knows...

But anyways. Mari... VS.... Johanna (Finny)

Why? Because Johanna is a girl. And in this hobby (and im quite sure of this) girls are so neglected and this makes me SO sad, girls are beautifull, they can be. With dolls its either make it, or break it anyway. I wouldn't say Mari is manly however, aside two more in my family they're more on the girly side. I'd say, but I dont exactly see them walking around in skirts (again if you like this sorta thing, good on you!) its just that im a wee bit tired of it. Not tired maybe, Im completely fine with this. But I wish that others would get just as much as appreciation, but I guess like everything else and in showbizz, all that matters is what you look like, and I know there are some special wallflowers out there who care deeply about storylines and everything behind the doll.

And maybe I'm just complaining, maybe I'm being unreasonable, maybe I'm assuming things that arent there.

Maybe I am, it's just sadly what I'm seeing. And if I'm wrong, please tell I am. Because I'm open for all kinds of things, but I see a lot of artists lately that feel unmotivated to do anything because of some of these acuring things, and it makes me so deeply sad, because I love seeing their photos. 

Anyways I'll stop complaining as well and see what everyone else thinks. Again this was by no means to offend anyone, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, including my own. I'm open to others, ofcourse but this just kinda happened over time. And I'm curious to see what others think.
